Re-Cladding Site Manager – Brighton 16-Month Project Immediate Start (May)

We are looking for an experienced Re-Cladding Site Manager to join a long-term project in Brighton, starting mid–end of May. This is a 16-month scheme on an occupied residential block, involving a full strip and replacement of EWI and rainscreen systems.

This role requires a candidate with proven, hands-on experience delivering re-cladding works in live/occupied environments. Due to the nature of the project, we will only consider candidates with extensive re-cladding experience on occupied residential buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing full re-cladding programme (EWI & rainscreen) from strip-out to completion
Overseeing works on a live, occupied residential block, ensuring minimal disruption
Managing subcontractors, programme, and site logistics
Ensuring strict health & safety compliance and resident safety
QA management using FieldviewRequirements:

Extensive re-cladding experience on occupied residential projects (essential)
Strong knowledge of EWI and rainscreen systems
SMSTS
First Aid
Experience using Fieldview for QA and reporting
Must be able to commute daily to Brighton (no digs available)This is a great opportunity to join a long-term, technically demanding project where your façade and re-cladding expertise will be critical to successful delivery.
