Our client has built a strong reputation for delivering exceptional standards within the specialist field of historical restoration. With an established client base, the company undertakes works on Grade I and II listed buildings, as well as properties of significant architectural and historical importance.

Due to continued growth, Triton Restoration Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager to oversee multiple restoration projects across London and occasionally nationwide.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards expected within the heritage sector.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee and manage site operations across restoration and refurbishment projects

* Coordinate direct labour and subcontractors to ensure efficient project delivery

* Ensure all works meet programme requirements and deadlines

* Maintain high standards of quality control across all site activities

* Liaise with project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and internal teams

* Carry out administrative and scheduling duties as required

* Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety regulations and company procedures

* Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks, maintaining accurate records

* Update and manage Construction Phase Plans in coordination with surveyors

* Maintain Health & Safety files and ensure all necessary measures are implemented

* Support the smooth running of all projects under your supervision

* Undertake additional duties as directed by senior management

Skills & Experience Required

* Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in construction, with exposure to restoration and refurbishment projects

* Strong knowledge of construction processes, including finishing and conservation works

* Proven experience managing contracts and live construction sites

* High level of organisation and strong contractual awareness

* Demonstrated ability to deliver projects to tight deadlines

* Excellent leadership and team management skills

* Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

* Motivated, proactive, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team

* Proven track record of successful project delivery
