Site Manager – High-Rise Regeneration works

Location: Coatbridge, Scotland
Salary: £48,000 – £52,000 + van (DOE)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to support a high-rise regeneration project in Coatbridge. This will be the first project with the majority of work around Central Scotland and is a permanent role. We would also consider candidates who can commit long-term on a freelance/Ltd basis. Candidate should come from a strong building background with main contractor/tier 1 experience.

🔧 Project Scope:

* External recladding works

* External Wall Insulation (EWI)

* Window replacement

🔨 Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee day-to-day site operations on a live high-rise regeneration project

* Manage subcontractors and site teams to ensure programme delivery

* Maintain high standards of health & safety and site compliance

* Coordinate works across multiple trades

* Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams

✅ Requirements:

* Proven experience managing high-rise regeneration or façade projects

* Strong background working for Tier 1 or principal contractors

* Valid SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS Black Card (Site Manager)

* Excellent organisational and communication skills

* Ability to manage fast-paced, technically demanding projects
