Site Manager

I am working in partnership with a well-established residential contractor to recruit a driven and ambitious Site Manager with a strong background in new build housing projects.

The Role
As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of new build residential developments, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. You will lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain excellent standards across all phases of the build.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all on-site operations
Manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers effectively
Ensure strict adherence to health & safety regulations
Maintain build quality in line with company standards
Monitor progress against programme and report to senior managementRequirements

Proven experience as a Site Manager within new build residential construction
A steady and consistent career history (essential)
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail and quality control
Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
