The Opportunity Hill McGlynn Recruitment is working with a growing construction client based in Medway who is looking to bring on an Assistant Design Manager / Design Coordinator to join their young and dynamic team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is looking to develop into a Design Manager role, working closely with experienced professionals in a supportive environment.
The Role
Supporting the Design Manager across multiple construction projects
Assisting with the coordination of design information and documentation
Administration and note-taking 
Carrying out general administration, note-taking, and other support tasks as part of the role
Working with site teams and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery
Using systems such as Procore and some AutoCAD
Opportunity to attend London-based projects when required About You
Background in construction or design coordination
Familiar with (or willing to learn) Procore and AutoCAD
Hands-on, resilient, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Motivated, career-driven, and eager to learn
Based within a commutable distance to Medway
MUST live within commutable distance of Chatham  What’s on Offer
Salary between £35,000 – £50,000 (depending on experience)
