Senior Project Manager

Our client, a leading company in the water infrastructure sector, is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This key role involves managing a complex infrastructure programme, encompassing tenders, Development Consent Order (DCO) processes, Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) phases, and the design, preconstruction, and construction of heavy civil engineering works, including tunnelling and multi-utility schemes.

The successful applicant will work closely with the operational team to deliver projects safely and effectively, ensuring customer requirements and expectations are always met or exceeded.

Job Requirements:

Good working knowledge of contract conditions, CDM regulations, Design Management, Programme and Risk Management, and cost control, including forecasting and reporting
Degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent
CSCS manager's card
SMSTS certification
Knowledge of the NEC contracts
Ability to challenge designs and resolve problems to a conclusion
Proven track record of managing and delivering successful projects
Proficient in using Primavera P6 software or equivalentBenefits:
