Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Turnkey Project Manager at Associate Director level to join a global construction consultancy. This is a key role within the business and combines client project management consultancy services with contractor project management services to provide a holistic project, programme, and contract management of their clients commissions cross the UK and Ireland.
Responsibilities:
* Promote, develop, and lead project, construction and contract management services within turkey and integrated project solutions to their clients.
* Manage and report on the performance of project, construction, and contract management services.
* Work to compliment services and then grow those services to warrant recruitment to support the same.
* Contribute to the strategic growth and implementation of appropriate tools to develop the business
* Ensure that client objectives are met through the delivery of value-added project, construction, and contract management services
Qualifications
* Demonstrable technical expertise in the delivery of contractor project Management services and managing a small team of professionals
* Experience of delivering consultancy project management services
* Industry related degree & RICS or CIOB Chartered status
* Experience providing Turnkey solutions within a consultancy environment.
