Site Civil Supervisor

Talentmark are recruiting for a Site Civil Supervisor to join a multinational, multi-industry company, on a contract basis until the end of December 2026.
 
Salary:
Up to £353.97 per day PAYE
 
Site Civil Supervisor Role:

To provide on site leadership for the Builders’ Work package, ensuring that all civil, architectural works by the subcontractor are executed in compliance with Quality Assurance and site Health & Safety requirements.
Ensure that work is executed in accordance with:
Approved drawings
Project specifications
Method statements and risk assessments (RAMS)
Reviews specification drawing in order to resolve any discrepancies or conflicts.
Ensure accurate execution of openings, penetrations, blockwork, supports, fixings, chases, sleeves, fire stopping allowances, etc.
Ensure subcontractors comply with site H&S rules, RAMS, and CDM requirementsYour Background:

5–10+ years in construction experience, ideally within the energy sector.
Demonstrable experience managing Builders’ Work / Civil packages on live projects 
HSE Experience (IOSH accreditation)
Experience raising RFIs and managing drawing revisions.
Ideally a CSCS cardholder (manager) / SSSTS qualification (supervisor)
A HNC / HND / Diploma or Bachelor's degree in relevant field.The Company:
