We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager for a freelance role on an infrastructure project. The project involves a combination of groundworks and reinforced concrete (RC) works.

Key Responsibilities of Project Manager

* Manage and lead the on-site team

* Ensure all works are delivered in line with the construction programme

* Update and maintain the 4-week look-ahead programme

* Produce daily site diaries

* Order, schedule, and manage plant and materials

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

* Previous experience as a Project Manager

* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage construction teams effectively

* 5–10 years’ experience in groundworks and RC works

* Proven ability to run a site in accordance with the programme

* Experience updating project progress and 4-week look-ahead programmes

* Experience ordering plant and materials

* An engineering degree or equivalent qualification preferable.

* Valid CSCS card and SMSTS certification

* Valid First Aid certificate
