Electrical Project Manager – Building Services / M&E Contractor

An established M&E Contractor is looking to recruit an Electrical Project Manager for a project in Sheffield.

This role will suit a hands-on Electrical Project Manager with experience delivering building services projects and managing site-based electrical works through to completion. You will take full responsibility for coordinating labour, subcontractors, materials, programme and client communication to ensure successful project delivery.

The Role

Manage the electrical package on a project in Sheffield

*

Oversee day-to-day site activity and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers

*

Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, quality and budget expectations

*

Work closely with clients, consultants and internal teams

*

Monitor progress, identify risks and implement solutions

*

Maintain site standards in relation to health and safety and compliance

*

Produce regular progress updates and attend project meetings

Requirements

*

Experience working as an Electrical Project Manager within M&E / Building Services

*

Good knowledge of electrical installations on commercial or industrial projects

*

Track record of delivering projects through all on-site phases

*

Strong communication and leadership skills

*

Able to manage multiple priorities and keep control of programme and quality

*

Full UK driving licence
