Electrical Project Manager – Building Services / M&E Contractor

An M&E Contractor with a strong regional presence is looking to appoint an Electrical Project Manager for a project in York.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the management and coordination of the electrical package, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme and to the required technical and quality standards.

The Role

Manage the electrical package on a project in York

*

Oversee site activities and coordinate subcontractors and direct labour

*

Ensure progress is maintained against the project programme

*

Work closely with internal departments, consultants and clients

*

Maintain high standards of health and safety, compliance and quality

*

Identify and resolve project delivery issues quickly and effectively

*

Attend site and progress meetings and provide regular reporting

Requirements

*

Demonstrable experience in an Electrical Project Manager role within M&E / Building Services

*

Strong understanding of electrical systems and installation delivery

*

Experience running building services projects from site start through to handover

*

Good client-facing and team management skills

*

Commercial awareness and good general project control ability

*

Full UK driving licence
