Electrical Site Manager – Building Services / M&E Contractor

A growing M&E Contractor is looking to recruit an Electrical Site Manager for a project in Grimsby, due to start from June onwards.

This role is suited to a strong site-based electrical professional with experience managing labour and subcontractors on building services projects. You will play a key role in ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently and in line with programme and quality requirements.

The Role

Manage day-to-day electrical site operations on a project in Grimsby

*

Supervise subcontractors and site labour

*

Ensure works are completed to programme and required standards

*

Coordinate materials, deliveries and site activities

*

Maintain health and safety standards on site at all times

*

Liaise with the Project Manager and wider delivery team

*

Support progress reporting and site documentation

*

Help drive quality and snag-free delivery through to completion

Requirements

*

Experience as an Electrical Site Manager or Electrical Supervisor within M&E / Building Services

*

Good understanding of electrical installations on commercial or industrial projects

*

Strong site coordination and people management skills

*

Able to read drawings and manage works in line with programme

*

SMSTS or SSSTS preferred

*

Relevant electrical qualifications

*

Full UK driving licence
