Service Manager

WR HVAC

Overview

An established specialist engineering business delivering controlled environment and cleanroom solutions across highly regulated sectors is looking to appoint a Service Manager. With a strong reputation in complex, compliance-led environments, the business is investing in the growth of its service and aftercare division. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a developing department and play a key part in scaling service operations.

The Role

The role requires strong coordination across engineering teams, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure efficient and compliant service delivery.

This includes identifying opportunities for maintenance contracts, improving utilisation of engineers, and enhancing overall service performance. You will also ensure all operations align with strict compliance standards, including RAMS, calibration schedules, and quality management systems.

This role offers a high level of autonomy, with scope to shape processes, improve systems, and build out the service function as it scales.
