Project Manager / Contracts Manager

📍 Grangemouth + wider civils projects

We’re working with a growing civils contractor who have secured a maintenance contract at Grangemouth, alongside a pipeline of civils packages, and are now looking to appoint a Project Manager to head up delivery.

🏗️ The Role

This is a leadership position, responsible for overseeing a delivery team across both term maintenance works and project-based civils packages.

Key responsibilities include:

* Leading and managing site teams and delivery staff across the contract

* Overseeing day-to-day operations, programme, and performance

* Ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard

* Managing multiple workstreams within a live, operational environment

* Driving performance across safety, quality, and commercial outcomes

* Acting as a key point of contact for client and stakeholder engagement

⚡ Project / Environment

* Long-term term maintenance contract at FPS Grangemouth

* Additional civils packages delivered alongside core works

* Working within a live industrial / process environment

🔧 What We’re Looking For

* Strong background in civils and infrastructure delivery

* Experience working in live / regulated environments (e.g. industrial, energy, petrochemical)

* Ability to manage teams, multiple projects, and client relationships

* Strong focus on health & safety and operational performance
