Electrical Site Manager – M&E

💰 £60k – £75k
We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Site Manager to support delivery on a live M&E project in Woking. This is a hands-on role overseeing electrical works on-site, ensuring programme, quality, and safety standards are met.
The Role
* Manage day-to-day electrical site operations
* Coordinate subcontractors and labour on site
* Ensure works are delivered in line with programme and specs
* Oversee QA, snagging, and handover process
* Maintain high health & safety standards at all times
* Liaise with project managers, clients, and other trades
Requirements
* Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager in the M&E sector
* Strong background on commercial / residential projects
* SMSTS or SSSTS (SMSTS preferred)
* Good understanding of electrical systems and installations
* Ability to drive programme and manage site teams effectively
