My D&B fit out contractor is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the team ASAP, delivering commercial office projects in London.
The Role
Manage Cat A and Cat B office fit out projects from pre-construction through to handover
Work within a Design & Build environment, coordinating design, commercial and site teams
Act as the main client-facing contact, building strong relationships and managing expectations
Oversee programme, cost, quality and health & safety
Report progress internally and externally with confidence and clarityWhat They're Looking For
Proven Project Manager experience within a D&B fit out contractor
Specific Cat A and Cat B office commercial project experience – essential
Strong client-facing skills with experience managing consultants and end clients
Able to hit the ground running and operate at pace
