Architectural Technician

Platinum Search Recruitment are recruiting for 3 Architectural technicians to join our client based in the Essex region.

Our client is an established, award-winning multi-disciplinary architectural practice is seeking an multiple ambitious and experienced Architectural Technicians to join its growing team.

The practice delivers a diverse portfolio of projects, with a strong focus on large-scale residential developments. Following a period of sustained growth and expansion, this is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative environment.

The Role

This position is ideal for a candidate with a proven track record in delivering high-quality working drawings for housing developers, housing associations, contractors, and SME clients. You will play a key role within the technical team, contributing to the successful delivery of residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Production and delivery of detailed working drawing packages

* Coordination with internal team members and external consultants

* Ensuring accuracy and quality through thorough self-checking

* Supporting team efficiency and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

Skills & Experience

* Strong technical knowledge, particularly in residential/housing delivery

* Excellent drawing and report-writing ability

* Highly organised with strong attention to detail

* Commercial awareness

* A proactive, team-oriented approach

* Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit advantageous)

* Good working knowledge of MS Office
