We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Employer's Agent on behalf of an established consultancy based in South Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist practice delivering mainly residential schemes, working directly with housing associations and developers across the North West and Yorkshire.
You will take a lead role across multiple Design & Build residential projects, acting as Employer's Agent and overseeing multiple schemes.

Projects include:

New build housing developments
Refurbishment schemes
Housing association projectsYou'll be running your own projects, liaising directly with clients, and ensuring successful delivery across programme, cost, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Acting as Employer's Agent on Design & Build residential schemes
Managing projects from pre-contract through to completion
Administering contracts and issuing instructions
Monitoring programme, risk, and performance
Leading client meetings and stakeholder coordination
Overseeing cost control, valuations, and variations About You:

5+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor, and proven track record acting as Employer's Agent
Strong experience working on housing / residential projects
Confident running projects independently
Experience with Design & Build contracts
MRICS (or working towards)
Candidates from a Building Surveying background with strong Employer's Agent experience will also be considered.
Join an independent consultancy with a strong reputation in housing and residential delivery. You'll work alongside a hands-on leadership team in a collaborative environment, with a consistent pipeline of work from both new and repeat clients.
The salary is negotiable on experience and qualifications, with a bracket of circa £50,000 – £75,000.
