We are seeking an experienced Banksman for our client’s project in the Reading area.

Job Title: Banksman
Location: Reading, RG2
Pay Rate: £16.50 per hour
Hours:

Monday – Thursday: 08:00 – 17:30
Friday: 08:00 – 12:00
Duration: Ongoing
Start Date: Monday (27/04/2026)
Requirements:
• Valid Banksman ticket
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Good communication skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Willingness to assist with general labouring duties

Duties include:
• Managing traffic on site safely and efficiently
• Assisting with general labouring when required
• Ensuring site safety regulations are followed
