Site Manager

Site Manager required for immediate start in the Harrogate area – work is ongoing and should run for approx. another 12-18 months.

Scope of works is refurbishment of a care home in the area – you will be working for the Main Contractor on the project, managing sub-contractors & labour and ensuring compliance and health & safety are up to date.

Applicants must have prior experience on care homes (new builds or refurbs,) in addition to the following tickets:

-SMSTS
-CSCS
-First Aid
-Asbestos Awareness

This is a freelance role with the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.
