M&E design Coordinator

We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of M&E design coordination, work closely with project teams, consultants and subcontractors, and help ensure designs are practical, compliant and ready for delivery on site.

The Role:
You’ll be responsible for coordinating mechanical and electrical design activity across construction projects, reviewing technical drawings, resolving design issues, supporting clash detection, and ensuring M&E packages are aligned with programme, quality and safety requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

* Experience as an M&E Design Coordinator, MEP Coordinator or Building Services Coordinator

* Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems within construction

* Ability to review drawings, specifications and design information

* Experience liaising with consultants, subcontractors and site teams

* Good understanding of buildability, compliance and health & safety

* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
