Job Title: Mechanical Site Manager

Location: Stoke
Hours: 45 hours a week

Job Description:
We are after an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to oversee works on a new build residential apartment project.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee mechanical works on new build appartments

*

Prepare and implement RAMS

*

Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations on site

*

Liaise effectively with the main contractor

*

Manage and monitor programmes of works to meet project deadlines

*

Supervise subcontractors and on-site labour

*

Maintain quality control and ensure works meet project specifications

Requirements:

*

Valid CSCS Manager’s Card

*

SMSTS certification

*

Proven experience managing mechanical works

*

Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and trades

Package:

*

£300.00-£350.00 per day

*

Ongoing project work
