Electrical Site Manager

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading M&E contractor who is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to support delivery on a warehouse project in Southampton.

This is a 6-month contract opportunity working on a fast-paced industrial build, offering the chance to join a reputable contractor with a strong pipeline of ongoing M&E projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and oversee all on-site electrical installation works

* Coordinate subcontractors and electrical site teams

* Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification

* Liaise with project management, clients, and other trades

* Monitor progress against programme and support site reporting

* Ensure all H&S procedures and RAMS are adhered to

* Conduct quality checks and snagging inspections

Requirements:

* Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager within M&E / construction

* Strong background on warehouse, industrial, or commercial projects

* Excellent leadership and coordination skills

* Good understanding of electrical installations and site delivery

* Strong communication and organisational ability

* SMSTS or SSSTS (essential)

* ECS / CSCS (desirable)

* First Aid
