Electrical Project Manager

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading M&E contractor who is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to deliver a 60-week project near Newmarket.

This is a long-term contract role overseeing electrical installation works within a secure, regulated environment. The contractor is delivering a significant upgrade and refurbishment package and is looking for a strong, delivery-focused Project Manager to take full responsibility for the electrical scope.

Key Responsibilities:

* Full management of electrical installation works from pre-start through to handover

* Coordination of site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

* Liaison with client representatives and site security teams to ensure smooth delivery

* Programme management, progress reporting, and performance tracking

* Ensuring strict compliance with H&S, RAMS, and site procedures

* Overseeing commissioning, testing, and handover documentation

Requirements:

* Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within the M&E sector

* Strong background delivering commercial, industrial, or secure environment projects

* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

* Strong understanding of electrical systems and project delivery processes

* SMSTS (essential)

* ECS / CSCS (essential)

* Ability to pass security clearance checks (required)
