The role

You'll operate across both Building Surveying and Project Management, giving you a varied and engaging workload.

Day-to-day, you'll:

Lead projects from feasibility through to completion
Act as the primary client contact
Manage budgets, timelines, and risk
Carry out surveys, inspections, and technical assessments
Produce specifications, reports, and tender documentation
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and consultants
Support design, procurement, and construction phases
Help resolve challenges on complex or underperforming projectsWhat we're looking for:

You're proactive, personable, and confident taking ownership.

You'll ideally have:

3+ years' experience in Building Surveying
Background in a consultancy environment
Exposure to both project and professional services
Knowledge of pre- and post-contract duties
APC achieved or in progress
Strong communication and client-facing skills
Flexibility to attend site when required
