Mechanical Project Manager

An established Mechanical & Electrical contractor based in Northampton is now seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join at an exciting time.

This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanically biased professional looking to step into or further develop a long term career within project management, within a supportive and successful business

The successful individual will initially take responsibility for delivering two prestigious new build, High End Residential projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard

Responsibilities

* Manage mechanical aspects of projects from pre-construction through to completion

* Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

* Oversee programme schedules, budgets, and resource allocation

* Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations

* Maintain high quality standards across all installations

* Provide regular progress reports to senior management

About You

* A strong mechanical background and qualification is essential

* Proven experience in delivering mechanical packages on construction projects up to the value of £3M

* Excellent communication and leadership skills

* Organised, proactive, and commercially aware
