Site Manager

Force Recruitment are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee construction projects in and around Ipswich. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage all on-site activities and subcontractors

* Ensure health & safety compliance at all times

* Monitor progress against programme and deadlines

* Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks

* Maintain quality control and site records

* Liaise with clients, project managers, and suppliers

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Site Manager in construction

* Valid SMSTS (essential)

* CSCS card (essential)

* First Aid at Work (preferred)

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Ability to manage multiple trades and deadlines
