Manage and deliver various projects from inception through to completion
Carry out site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance and high quality
Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
Attend and carry out client meetings
Liaise with clients, consultants, and other members of a multidisciplinary team to build and maintain strong client relationshipsSkills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:

Degree within architectural technology
Relevant post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
Proficiency with Revit
Experience working on projects across various sectors or sectors specialist experience
Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational skills
