Senior Site Manager – The Project

* £50m+ new build apartment scheme

* Reinforced concrete frame construction

* Full site set-up and enabling works complete

Senior Site Manager – The Role

* Full day-to-day site management responsibility

* Managing RC frame, façade, and internal packages

* Driving programme, quality, and health & safety

* Managing subcontractors and site teams

* Chairing site and coordination meetings

* Working closely with the Project Manager and commercial team

Senior Site Manager – Requirements

* Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager with a main contractor

* Strong background in RC frame new build apartments

* Experience on £30m+ residential schemes

* Strong understanding of city centre construction logistics

* SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
