Senior BIM Coordinator

Are you a BIM expert looking to move away from the contractor "grind" and into a high-level advisory role?

We are seeking a Senior BIM Coordinator to join a premier London consultancy. You will act as the lead digital representative for a major client, overseeing the delivery of some of the world’s most advanced Data Centre developments. This is a "Mission Critical" role where you manage the digital integrity of high-stakes, multi-billion-pound assets.

Key Responsibilities

Hands-on Navisworks: Perform deep-dive audits and federation of models to ensure contractor submissions meet "Zero Tolerance" technical standards.

ISO 19650 Management: Lead the Information Delivery Cycle across multiple divisions, ensuring all data is compliant and "Asset-Ready."

*

Client Advisory: Lead digital coordination meetings and act as the primary point of contact for the client regarding project health and data risk.

*

Visualization: Use Enscape or Twinmotion to create high-quality visual reports and walkthroughs for global stakeholders.

About You

*

Technical: Power-user in Navisworks Manage and Revit.

*

Standards: Deep understanding of ISO 19650 and the ability to enforce it across the supply chain.

*

Communication: Comfortable presenting technical data to non-technical boardroom stakeholders.
