Project Manager (Interior Fit-Out)
Project Manager with a good grounding within the interior fit-out / refurbishment sector to join the construction team for the refurbishment of multiple buildings across a college campus site.
The Project Manager will oversee various Site Managers, each of whom will be assigned their own areas within the campus.
Expected responsibilities will be to update the program of works, have a handle on the financial/budget matters on each contract, work with the design team to overcome any unforseen obstacles that may arise, work closely with the client and Building Managers to ensure all works are carried out with to the college management's wishes.
These works are due to expand across multi-sites in and around Kensington and will run at least until September/October, although more projects are currently under review within the college, commencement of these will extend the works beyond that timeframe.
The Project Manager must be able to demonstrate a history of delivering high-standard interior fit out projects (commercial/office or educational etc) and be confident overseeing site management teams
