Quantity Surveyor

A well-established cost consultancy are looking to add an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Project level Quantity Surveyor to their team in Surrey, after winning some great projects.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

Working closely with the and Director, the Quantity Surveyor will take the lead on Healthcare and Industrial projects across London and the Southeast with projects values from £10m – £60m.

You would be joining a team of 15 Quantity Surveyors in their London team.

If you are keen to get your APC then you would have incredible support here with an in-house mentor/councillor to help get you MRICS!

The Quantity Surveyor

Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
Minimum of 3 years Quantity Surveying experience
Worked within a PQS / Construction Consultancy practice
Good pre and post contract knowledge
