A multinational Construction Consultancy is seeking a venturesome Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Birmingham.

The Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will carry out a variety of duties such as contract administration, preparing feasibility reports, cost management and interim payments.

The new Quantity Surveyor will take responsibility and show leadership in a client facing position of the project during both pre and post contract.

The Quantity Surveyor

Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar.
Environmental project experience would be beneficial
Pre and post contract experience
Multiple years' experience in a Quantity Surveyor client facing role
MRICS or working towardsIn return?

£40,000 – £50,000
