An ambitious Quantity Surveying and Project Management consultancy in London are seeking a client facing and competent Senior Quantity Surveyor.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a close-knit QS/PM team who work together to deliver a variety of new build and refurbishment hotel/hospitality, residential, and commercial projects.

The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will play a client facing role, take ownership of projects from inception to completion, and help grow the business forward.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Ideally MRICS
Hold a construction related degree
Hotel project experience would be preferred
Worked/working within a PQS / Consultancy environment
Client facing
Comfortable delivering projects from inception to completionIn Return?

£65,000 – £75,000
