About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join our Building Services team in Cambridge. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to begin their career within a dynamic and supportive environment, working on a diverse portfolio of projects across sectors such as commercial, education, healthcare, and research facilities.

You will assist in the design, analysis, and delivery of mechanical systems within buildings, gaining hands-on experience while working alongside experienced engineers.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the design and specification of mechanical building services systems, including HVAC, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and public health systems

* Assist in producing detailed engineering calculations, reports, and technical drawings

* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including electrical engineers, architects, and project managers

* Attend site visits, surveys, and client meetings as required

* Ensure designs comply with relevant UK standards, regulations, and sustainability targets

* Contribute to project delivery from concept through to completion

* Use industry software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and calculation tools
