Are you a strategic facilities leader ready to take ownership of a complex, high-performing manufacturing site?
We're retained by a major industrial organisation seeking a Site Facilities Manager to lead plant-wide Facilities, Utilities, and Environmental performance across their busy manufacturing facility. This is a pivotal leadership role with full responsibility for ensuring operational continuity, compliance excellence, and the delivery of ambitious energy and carbon reduction targets.
The Opportunity
This is more than a facilities role-it's a senior leadership position with real influence. You'll shape both the short-term operational performance and long-term infrastructure and sustainability strategy of a large-scale manufacturing environment.
You'll lead multi-disciplinary teams across facilities, utilities, and environmental functions, ensuring the site operates safely, efficiently, and in line with evolving regulatory and sustainability demands.
Key Responsibilities
Provide visible, values-led leadership across Facilities, Utilities, and Environmental teams
Own site-wide strategy for buildings, utilities, energy systems, and site services
Drive environmental performance, CO₂ reduction, and energy efficiency initiatives
Ensure full compliance across HSE, environmental, and regulatory frameworks
Lead capital investment projects and infrastructure upgrades
Manage budgets, performance metrics, and continuous improvement plansAbout You
Proven senior leadership experience within facilities, utilities, or environmental management in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Strong track record of building and developing high-performing teams
Deep understanding of compliance, governance, and energy/environmental performance
Comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels
Exposure to high-volume manufacturing, and experience with ISO 14001 / ISO 50001 frameworks, would be advantageousWhy Apply?
