Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Salary: Negotiable (DOE) + bonus & benefits

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Bid Manager to join a well-established Glasgow-based contractor specialising in social housing upgrades and construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in securing new business while progressing your career within a growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the end-to-end bid and tender process across social housing and construction projects

* Prepare high-quality PQQs, ITTs, and tender submissions

* Collaborate with estimating, commercial, and operational teams to develop competitive bids

* Manage timelines and ensure all submissions are completed accurately and on time

* Review client requirements and develop tailored bid strategies

* Maintain and develop a strong pipeline of opportunities

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Bid Manager or Senior Bid Coordinator within construction

* Strong understanding of social housing, refurbishment, or planned maintenance frameworks

* Excellent written and communication skills

* Ability to manage multiple bids and tight deadlines

* Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
