Quantity Surveyor

We're working with a well-established regional contractor to recruit a capable Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of two live projects along the South Coast.

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of:

A £4.5m project in Lancing
A £2.5m project in Worthing
1 day a week in Southampton office / flexibility to WFH one day a week. The position would suit either:

An experienced QS looking to take responsibility for a smaller portfolio of projects, or
An ambitious Intermediate QS ready to step up and gain greater autonomyKey Responsibilities:

Commercial management of two concurrent projects
Cost control, procurement, and subcontractor management
Valuations, variations, and final accounts
Supporting project teams to ensure financial performance and deliveryRequirements:

Previous experience in a Quantity Surveying role within construction
Ability to manage multiple projects or a strong desire to step up into that responsibility
NEC contract experience desirable, but not essential
Willingness to travel across Lancing, Worthing, and Southampton (weekly)What's on Offer:
