A regional contractor requires a Site Manager – with a background in construction.

Essential

* SMSTS, 1st Aid

* Experience in construction

* At least 2 years Site Manager experience

Ideally from a trades background you will have experience as a Foreman, Site Manager on projects up to £2 million.

The ideal candidate will have passion and enthusiasm for the industry with at least 2 years experience as a Foreman, Site Manager.

SMSTS, First aid and CSCS are all essential

Due to the high standard of C.V's for this position. You must have at least 2 years experience as a Site Manager or Projects Manager
