Deliver various residential projects from inception through to completion
Undertake site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance
Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications
Liaise with clients and consultants to build and maintain client relationshipsSkills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:

Degree within architectural technology
Relevant post qualification experience in a relevant role within a UK practice
Proficiency with AutoCAD
Strong experience working on projects within the residential sector
Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
Strong technical and design skills
Strong attention to detail
