📌 Your Role

* Lead refurb projects (£250K–£10M) in industrial & commercial sectors

* Manage key client relationships & drive business growth

* Mentor junior surveyors & help shape the service offering

* Act as project lead, running the project from start to finish including invoicing, specifications, budgets and WIP.
