Hill McGlynn is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established construction consultancy based in Maidstone, Kent. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Design Technician / AutoCAD Technician to join their growing team.
 
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong technical background in construction design who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and professional environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Producing accurate technical drawings using AutoCAD
Assisting with the design and development of construction projects
Interpreting and applying UK Building Regulations to design work
Collaborating with project teams to ensure designs meet client and regulatory requirements
Supporting project delivery from concept through to completion Requirements:

Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential
Good working knowledge of UK Building Regulations
Previous experience in a similar design or technician role within construction
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Must live within a commutable distance of Maidstone, Kent Desirable:

Experience or knowledge of drylining and partitioning systems What's on Offer:
