We have an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a reputable main contractor with a regional office in Hampshire. The business has been established for over 100 years and operates out of several regional offices across the South of England, undertaking projects across the education, commercial, residential and healthcare sectors valuing up to £20mil.

As a result of two secured projects in West Sussex, they're now looking to expand the commercial team with an additional Quantity Surveyor.

About the role of Quantity Surveyor:

As Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for managing two projects concurrently with a combined value of £8mil. The projects are both in West Sussex and be site based roles.

Key Responsibilities as Quantity Surveyor:

Manage sub-contract procurement
Manage sub-contractors accounts on site, dealing with variations
Manage monthly valuations and liaise with the client
Deal with final accounts

Key Requirements as Quantity Surveyor:

Have a HNC / construction related degree
Have administered JCT / NEC forms of contract
Must have the full right to work in the UK
Must live within commutable distance to West Sussex and the office in Hampshire
