Resourcing Group is working with a Housing Association based in Manchester who is looking to grow and expand on their direct work force asap and would like someone with a mixture of skills.

The role will include all aspects of Domestically bias Electrical works, including:

Working in occupied homes and some empty properties too
Fault Finding
Fixing electrical faults
Testing and Inspection
Installation and re wiring
Liaising with customers
Operating a company van, receiving jobs on a PDA system and carrying out the tasks in line with company policies, health and safety and also on time, in line with agreed SLAs.

This will involve working in occupied homes as well as some void (empty) homes alike.

The position offers a company van, fuel card and uniform and once you are employed directly on a permanent basis by the HA, you will be offered a salary of £20 per hour.

It's a lovely working week, offering just shy of 37 hrs per week, working Monday to Friday. There is an on call rota also, which does enable you to improve on your basic salary.

The benefits are genuinely competitive, as you would expect from a Housing Association – for example, holiday starts at 28 days a yr, plus bank holidays, increasing over time to 31 plus bank holidays and up to 6% pension contributions.
