Senior Quantity Surveyor – a leading privately-owned contractor is searching for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on prestigious design and build projects across the North West.

The initial project is a major construction development consisting of apartments and town houses over a 5-year period in Manchester (£70m).

Salary & Package:
– Great basic salary of £75,000 – £85,000 (DOE)

Key Duties:
– Procurement and managing sub-contractor packages
– Managing project variations and valuations
– Organising payments and compiling CVRs
– Produce accurate records and reports

Requirements:
– Experience managing sub-contractor variations
– Experience working with a building contractor
– Experience dealing with final accounts
– Industry related qualification

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record as a Senior Quantity Surveyor delivering construction projects ranging from £10m – £50m.
