We are currently recruiting for an experienced
to join a well-established regional contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work. Based out of their Malvern office, this role offers the opportunity to lead the delivery of high-quality construction projects across a diverse portfolio.
The Role
You will take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Projects
* Residential developments
* Education schemes (schools and academies)
* Commercial and industrial builds
* Healthcare facilities
* Refurbishment and regeneration projects
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all site activities to ensure successful project delivery
* Maintain high standards of quality control
* Monitor progress against programme and support planning
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations
* Coordinate subcontractors, labour, plant, and materials
* Manage site logistics and material ordering
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
* Support cost control and commercial performance
* Drive site performance and continuous improvement
Leadership & Team Management
* Lead, motivate, and develop site teams
* Mentor junior staff and support career development
* Conduct performance reviews and manage team output
* Foster a positive, collaborative working environment
About You
* Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager in construction
* Proven track record of heading up construction projects and developments within a permanent role
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety practices
* Ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
