Site Manager – Immediate Start

Location: Wigan WN1 1BN

Pay: £240 per day

Start Date: Wednesday 29th April

Duration: 8 weeks

Hours: 7:00am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday (occasional weekend work required)

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee strip-out and partition works on a busy project in Wigan. This role requires strong on-site coordination skills and the ability to maintain high standards of health, safety, and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Managing day‑to‑day site operations

Overseeing strip-out and partition works

Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring work is completed safely and on schedule

Maintaining site records and reporting progress

Ensuring compliance with all health and safety procedures

Requirements

SMSTS

First Aid

Experience with Procore is ideal, but training will be provided

Proven experience managing similar construction projects
