We are seeking an exceptional Quantity Surveyor to join a leading London fit‑out team delivering premium commercial projects across the capital. This role is ideal for someone who combines technical expertise with professional polish – someone who can represent the business confidently and hit the ground running from day one.

What You'll Bring

Degree‑qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline

5+ years' industry experience, ideally within London's commercial fit‑out sector

Proven background delivering CAT A, CAT B and cut‑and‑carve projects

Available within 4 weeks or sooner

A driven, ambitious, culturally aligned mindset

Strong commercial acumen, attention to detail, and the confidence to manage cost, risk, and procurement independently

Your Responsibilities

Full commercial management of high‑spec London fit‑out schemes

Managing procurement, subcontractor packages, valuations, variations, and final accounts

Working closely with project teams to ensure financial control and project success

Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners

Contributing to a collaborative, high‑performance culture where quality and accountability matter
