Mechanical Project Manager – Decarbonisation Projects

Location: North East England (Hybrid Working)

Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 + Car Allowance

We're working with a growing and forward‑thinking contractor who is looking to appoint a Mechanical Project Manager to deliver a range of decarbonisation projects across the North East.

This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility between home working and site visits, and presents a strong opportunity to develop your career and progress within a business operating in a rapidly expanding sector.

The Role

Managing mechanical decarbonisation projects from start to finish
Overseeing site delivery, programme, costs, and quality
Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
Ensuring health & safety and compliance standards are met
Building strong client relationships
Working Pattern

2 days home-based
3 days site-based across the North East

About You

Experience as a Mechanical Project Manager
Background in mechanical or building services projects
Interest or experience in decarbonisation / sustainability works
