Site Manager

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a project based in Swindon.

This role will involve managing a live site with works including roofing, external works, demolition, and internal refurbishment. We’re looking for someone hands-on who can keep the site running smoothly and maintain high standards throughout.

Project Details:

* Location: Swindon

* Duration: 9–10 weeks

* Start Date: Wednesday 6th May 2026

Key Responsibilities:

* Day-to-day site management and coordination of trades

* Overseeing health & safety and ensuring compliance on site

* Managing programme and keeping works on schedule

* Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient site environment

* Supporting site activities where required

Requirements:

* SMSTS

* Asbestos Awareness

* First Aid

* Proven experience managing similar scopes of work
